In terms of lettings, one size does not fit all. Although we offer tiered pricing guides, our services are not sold as packages. Care is taken to tailor the services we offer to perfectly match each landlord. We will always endeavour to be flexible and sympathetic to your current situation and your wishes regarding your property.
  • First time landlord?
Draw from our decades of experience in the Preston private rental market. We will advise you on your legal obligations and best practices, how to best prepare and present your property for viewing, and how to maximise and protect your income.
  • Experienced Professional?
We can seamlessly integrate into your workflow. Have special requirements for the AST agreement? No problem. Want us to protect the deposit for you and then transfer it to your preferred scheme account? Just say the word. Want to meet the applicants in person? We’ll make the arrangements. We have a carefully selected team of over a dozen maintenance specialists we use to carry out maintenance on the properties we manage. Our tradespeople have decades worth of experience and take pride in their work. All work is then independently checked by one of our staff. Our aim is to offer our tenants unrivalled speed and responsiveness when it comes to maintenance requests – for urgent repairs, we can usually dispatch a worker on the same day. Best of all, since we have long-term relationships with each and every one of our contractors, they guarantee us the best price on the work they carry out – and those savings are passed onto you.
